		Rocky Mount Christmas Parade December 7, 3pm Downtown Rocky Mount The Rocky Mount Christmas Parade will include marching bands, performance groups, floats, helium balloons and much more. 		Rocky Mount Sports Complex A division of the Rocky Mount Parks and Recreation Department, the Sports Complex will provide facilities for recreational programs such as baseball, softball, soccer and football and other field sports. 		Imperial Centre The Imperial Centre for Arts and Sciences, a true cultural complex, is located in both newly constructed and in rehabilitated historic tobacco factory buildings which cover a downtown city block.
